A/ Data collection, purpose of processing and identity of the data controller

B/ Data collected and consent

The Client and its representatives are hereinafter referred to as the “Client.”

The Client acknowledges having been informed that they have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

The Client expressly and unequivocally agrees to provide the service provider with the following information:
first name, last name, postal address, email address, phone number, and bank card details, within the framework of the Purpose of Processing described above.

C/ Information and access to personal data

In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the service provider, acting as Data Controller, informs the Client of the following:

a) The Client agrees that the personal data collected may be transferred to subcontractors contractually bound to the service provider, solely for the purpose of performing the contract, provided that such third parties are subject to regulations ensuring an adequate level of data protection as defined by the GDPR.

This information is stored by the service provider or any company duly appointed for this purpose, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The Client will be informed prior to any transfer of personal data outside the European Union.
In such cases, the service provider undertakes to comply with applicable regulations and to implement all necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the transferred data.

b) The service provider will retain personal data for the maximum legal or regulatory period applicable depending on the Purpose of Processing.

c) The Client has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, transfer, and object to the processing of their personal data.

The Client may obtain a copy of their personal data at any time upon request and may transmit it to another data controller.
They may request correction or deletion of their data in writing at the address below.

The Client may also object at any time to receiving commercial communications, update their contact details, or object to data sharing by sending a registered letter to:

d) The Client has the right to lodge a complaint with a national supervisory authority.

e) The provision of personal data as defined in section B is a condition for acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Client is required to provide such data.

Use of personal data collected through website browsing

Comments
When you leave a comment on our website, the data entered in the comment form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent, are collected to help detect spam.
